 Friends and Family Test.

The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to improve services.

It couldnt be easier, the next time you contact the practice or attend an appointment simply complete the quick anonymous questionairre either in the practice or by clicking on the link to the right of the website home page under the "have your say" heading.

Your feedback is vitally important to the on going development of future services your GP practice will offer.

The surgery will be closed from 12pm for training purposes on:

And all day for the bank holidays on:

Please ensure you collect all your required prescriptions on these days BEFORE 12pm.

If you require URGENT medical attention  when the practice is closed please contact:

Reception Feedback

Thank-you to all our patients who took the time to complete our feedback questionnaire for the reception team. 96% of our patients rated our reception team as excellent or good overall, 97% felt our receptionists level of helpfulness was either excellent or good, 98% said their level of politeness was excellent or good and 97% felt their level of approachability was excellent or good. We hope you'll join us in congratulating the reception team for such excellent results!

New Registrations

The practice is currently taking on new patients. If you have a family member, a friend or know of someone living in our catchment area looking to register at a new practice please let them know they are welcome here. Simply ask them to contact a member of the reception team.

 

Need a Chaperone?

If you would like a chaperone when you attend your appointment, please let a member of the Reception Team know; they will be happy to arrange this for you.

What's New at Tame Valley?

Online Access

There are a number of things you can do through our online access service, View your medical records, request repeat prescriptions, book and cancel appointments and thats just the begining. Its more convenient than making a phone call as its available for you to access.

Please contact the surgery and speak to a member of the reception team who will be able to arrange your sign up. You will need to provide two forms of identification (one photographic ie: passport/Driving licence)
